MB2I provides a technical and human, supporting the reception and processing of your requests for assistance in the daily use of your information system.

MB2I has two support centers interconnected and redundant (located in Jouy en Josas (78) and Annecy (74)) that host the applications now support over 450 clients.

Calls are handled by a special tool that allows full traceability and real-time.
